Jay has been doing yoga since he was seventeen years old. He has trained, been an a apprentice, and been certified as a Warrior Yoga Instructor. Jay has taught yoga to at risk youth in Juvenile hall, as well as in at risk schools.
Jay has participated in many different forms of yoga, including, Hatha Yoga, Siddah Yoga, Arhatic Yoga, and Bakti Yoga (Krishna Consciousness), and many more. Here is a list of values that jay holds for his yoga practice.
