Jay loves to cook food, and cooks a lot of it. He is vegan-gluten-free, and so has to do a lot of experimenting to creatively make meals that work for him.
Jay is currently working on a receipt book, of simple and quick vegan meals. Some of his favorite include Tempe Kale Burgers and Acorn Dinner Crust Pie, Healthy Oat Breakfast Cookies, and many more.
